Anyone selling new and genuine products is welcome. In order to start selling on Jebelz, you need to have the following:

Trading License

VAT Registration

Emirates ID

Passport

Bank account and Office Address with supporting KYC documents (Address Proof, and Cancelled cheque)

Minimum of 1 product to sell

To sell on Jebelz:

1. Register yourself at seller.Jebelz.com

2. List your products under specific product categories.

3. Once an order is received, pack the product and mark it as ‘AWB’. Our logistics partner will pick up the product and deliver it to the customer.

4. Once an order is successfully delivered to customer, Jebelz will settle your payment within 10 -14 business days based on your seller Rating.

Listing of products on jebelz.com is absolutely free.

We Charge you when you get an order, we deduct our small commission fee on what you sell. Refer Pricing for more details.

Jebelz will settle your payments within 14 business days from order shipped date based on your seller Rating. The payment will be made directly to your bank account through Fund Transfer transactions. You will be eligible to get paid for the order after the order is confirmed as shipped.

After all the required documents have been submitted, verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling on Jeblez.

Product Listing and Catalog

Product Listing refers to filling out all the important product details and adding images of the product so that a customer can see your product on jebelz.com and make an informed buying decision.

There are 3 easy methods to list your products on Jebelz.

1st Method (Add Product by JID) applicable for products which already exist on jebelz website. Time To add product to your products catalog - Less Than 60 Seconds

Every product on Jebelz.com has a JID (Written Below Product Name) and you could add products in your catalog by simply copying the JID Number. 2nd Method (Add a New Product) List your products one by one, applicable for products which doesn't exist on jebelz website. Time To add product to your products catalog - Less Than 5 minutes

We give you a simple and fast step-by-step process of how to list your products on our website.

Step 1: Choose the most suitable category to list your product,

Step 2: Based on the category you choose, you'll be asked to include general product details such as Product Title, Brand, Size, Model, Color, Price, Offer Price, Seller Sku, Handling Time, etc.

Step 3: You can also Add additional Information about the Product such as warranty and more.(This step is optional)

Step 4: Add the Images of the product.

Step 5: Fill the available quantity of product.

3rd Method - Upload Products in Bulk (Applicable for products which doesn't exist on jebelz website)

Time To add product to your products catalog - Depends on the Number of products

Step 1: Download the category Sheet from your jebelz seller panel account under Products section > Bulk Product Upload > Download Product Template >

Choose the suitable category > Click on Download

Step 2: Fill the requested product details and information.

Step 3: Upload the filled template from your jebelz seller panel account through Products section > Bulk Product Upload > Upload product Template > Click on Choose File > Select the filled Template > Click on Upload.

Note: Currently we offer you to add Simple Products through our seller panel, For Variations listing please contact to our seller support here. We are working on Variations listing, Very soon sellers would be able to list products by variations through their seller account.

Can I get help for development of catalog (product images, description, etc.)?

Yes, we are happy to help you at every stage while doing business with us. We help you connect with 3rd Party service providers, who can assist you for the attractive images and high impact listing developed at affordable prices.

Orders and Shipping

You can view your orders and manage them through "Orders” inside Jebelz Seller Panel, We also send you an e-mail alert for every order you receieve on our website. You need to pack the order and keep it ready for shipping within the Handling Time provided by you. Our logistics partner will pick up the products from your shipping address and deliver it to customer.
